Jes this is caled energy vampirism. This should only be done on enemys and the energy should be cleaned before absorbing or you will inherit it like it is, which will most likely cause problems.

Yes you can. It's called psionic vampirism. Although with their energy will come their emotions, thoughts,beliefs and other shit so if you do not want that then don't do it.

Yes, but this isn't always a good thing if you don't know how to control it. Absorbing the energy of other people without really knowing what you're doing could cause you to absorb their negative energy as well and just about everything that is integrated into their aura.

It's not something I would recommend to anyone who is a beginner in the use of energy or isn't very experienced or adept. Even I don't absorb the energy of other people due to the risks and potential fall-backs.
