I write this post to share some tips about Vril, its absorption and use.
Some time ago, while being surrounded by people, I wanted to breathe in some Vril (energy, Chi, Prana, call it how you want) like I often do, but I didn't want to draw energy from others surrounding me, so I did it from above. To my surprise, it was significantly more powerful than breathing it in from all sides of the body, like in the basic Meditation on the ToZ. It flowed much more easily as well, and it gave me a stronger buzz.
I then gave this some thought and I remembered of a few things.
Number one, the symbolism of the Pentagram, with the Thunderbolt striking it from above, basically @Ol argedco luciftias profile picture, for reference. The thunderbolt as we know now is actually the life-force, Vril. And it strikes from above. The Pentagram also represents the head, as you see in the symbolism with the Goat's head in it.
Number two I remembered of our God's words, where He mentioned that our Pentagram represents energy replenishing the Earth with energy/Vril from above, while the one that the Wiccans use for example (reversed one), represents the opposite, symbolizing the energy being taken away from us.
Number three I remembered of all the Yogis in the East who go to very high mountains to meditate. They all claim that Vril/Prana is much more present in mountains, the higher the mountain, the more the Vril. It appears that the closer one is to the sky, the more spiritual energy is to be found, almost as if the source of all of it is in the sky, above us. So by drawing energy directly from above, it will have a much more powerful and quicker effect, again try it and tell me your experience if you want.

Second advice I want to give is about food. We constantly take Vril from the air, but also from food. Apparently, according to William Walker Atkinson, ancient occultists and Yogis had a special way to eat, to maximize Vril absorption, the quotes that will follow are from his book 'Vril, or Vital Magnetism': "The ancient occultists laid great stress upon the importance of the proper mastication of food, and modern science is becoming very much interested in the subject (...) The ancient teachers held that all food should be thoroughly masticated until it was reduced to a pulp. (...) They did not have the knowledge of the chemistry of foods possessed by modern science, but their experience taught them that food masticated in this way gave the greatest nourishment, and, what to them was equally important, that in this way the nerve-ends of the tongue and mouth absorbed a supply of concentrated Vril from the food. They held that the nerves of the tongue and mouth alone were capable of performing this office, and that after the food passed down the throat there was no possibility of the absorption of Vril from it. The ancient occultists held that so long as there remains "taste" in the mouthful of food, there is Vril to be found in it. When the "taste" disappears, the Vril has been absorbed. Consequently, they ate slowly and masticated each mouthful carefully so as to extract the greatest amount of "taste" from it. They claimed that this method of eating not only served to extract the largest amount of Vril from the food, but also gave to the person eating it the fullest epicurean pleasure. They claimed that they obtained a pleasure from eating that the glutton could never experience or even conceive. Accepting this as true, it is further evident, by reason of the physiological principles involved, that food so eaten is thoroughly saturated with saliva and more easily digested by the stomach and intestines when finally swallowed, and that there is consequently but a trifling amount of waste, and a freedom from overloading the stomach. By giving the stomach only an easy task to perform, we are enabled to employ the energy and blood (generally used in the processes of digestion) for service in the brain. (...) The student will do well to experiment with this plan of eating, or at least partially adopt it in his everyday life. We promise that if he does this, he will before long experience a new feeling of energy, health, vigor, vitality, and virility, which will prove to him the soundness of the method."
You don't have to this to the extreme, but it's the general principle I want to bring up. In addition to this, merely being conscious and setting an intention that you're absorbing Vril from your food, even for a couple of seconds, will amplify the effects. Also when you're out in the Sun, setting an intention for a couple of seconds that you're absorbing Vril from the Sun, will help.

Altered state of consciousness + Vril; Shiva and Shakti = Magick.
One of the hidden meanings of Shiva being represented as perfect stillness/silence and Shakti as the active force that moves everything (Vril), and them being permanently united and the basis of all existence, is the key of Magick. Altered state of consciousness is a deep Trance state, where you're also in perfect Void Meditation, and on top of this your Vril is active and you feel it strongly. This is where you are a Mage, this is where your Magick is at its most powerful state. The altered state of consciousness is mentioned in all ancient cultures and it's very powerful, those who have felt it know it. You're not only in a deep trance, but you're also in perfect Mental Void at the same time.
When I'm in this state I can clearly see my spiritual powers being 10 times more powerful, than when my Trance state is only average and my Void Meditation is not perfect. To reach this is not easy, but eventually the goal is to reach this state at will, anywhere, at any time. That's when you become an adept.
A tip to quickly raise your Vril would also be to show your palms to the sky, kind of like Muslims do when they pray. There is a reason they are taught to do this, it's because it increases energy on the spot. You can try it.

I probably will write more on this topic in the future, as there are more things to add, but for now I will refrain.
