During many of the stretches, my back muscles are always tense and hurt after coming out or during the stretch. Especially after The Bow. is there a way to fix or help this?
Some asanas are hard especially for those who are not flexible. Don't force your muscles to stretch. You can shorten the time you spend on an asana or just don't exaggerate, Stretch in the way that is most comfortable for you and you will be able to do it over time.
Because it's not merely about seeing the asana and doing it mindlessly, you need to have a good posture, know what muscles to activate and at the same time be relaxed. So I suggest you to look at youtube videos that explian the asanas in its entirety and the steps to reach towards it if you can't do the full one.
