Anyways should I just hold onto the energy on exhale?

Gongratulations, that is your bioelectricity you are feeling. Feel free to experiment with the energy as you wish. If you feel overwhelmed, you can ask a God or a Goddess take some or all of the excess energy, for example.

Whenever you get an energy buzz, don't let it go to waste. Ask Satan to send a Demon to collect it or program it with an affirmation for something you desire, say money.
