Question #3191: 3 granthis confusion

I know at the top of the watchtowers meditation it says that it's out of date, but that's apparently only in reference to the mantras given and not which 3 chakras constitute the granthis.
I'm not trying to nitpick the site I only want clarity.

The three "knot" chakras referred to in Sanskrit are the base, the heart [the major knot chakra] and the sixth, behind the third eye
