It doesn't. I had the same problem.
But then I've found Yoga with Adriene on youtube (I think few other members mentioned they follow her too) and I started first with her 30 days Breath programme, then continued with 30 days Home Yoga programme, always adding some new poses from Yoga Journal or just did the Chakra Yoga series from our great Lydia (each day for specific chakra that rules that day)

Of course, we are all individuals and everything I do doesn't have to feel good for somebody else. Don't be afraid to try different things, your body will tell you if it's ok or not
