Hello brothers and sisters,

I have been dedicated for just about 2 years now. It is no secret to my family or friends that I do yoga and meditation twice a day.

I think recently some of my family have started to see the growth I have made emotionally and physically in that time and are inspired to start doing yoga and meditation.

However, a lot of my family is Xian. My immediate family is not nearly as bad as some of their parents or siblings. (Eg. most of them listen to the horrible music and pray but they don’t attend church as some of us have had traumatic events there. They don’t read the Bible. They just have the naive brain and are always like, “The bible isn’t real but I follow my own path to the fake prophetic pedophiles” and whatever other weird shit. I have tried to get some of them to read it with an unbiased mindset to see the horrible things mentioned in it.) of course this is a different battle we face.

My point is….
If they are asking me to help them do yoga and meditation what can I tell them to do? Something as a good starting point and hopefully could cause a craving towards the growth mindset and inspire them to see what is actually in front of them for the path they are following.

For yoga,
I know a lot of the KY Routines we use are on pinklotus.org

Can I show them that website to use just for yoga to help with development? Will it help de program their minds into free thinking for one self?

I of course will not be giving any information about ToZ or anything of my personal endeavors but I would love to see my family flourish and walk the path of at least becoming a human.

Thank you everyone in advance for your answers.
