Is there a specific date during Yule which would be good for exchanging gifts between Satanists? I read somewhere that old legends said Odin (Satan) went around giving children presents during Yule; was there a specific day for that?
According to Satanic Calendar the Yule season is from 21st to 23rd. 21st being Winter Solstice, and 23rd Satans Day. I believe giving gifts during that period is the answer you are looking for.

Funny enough gift-giving is supposed to be during the Summer. Even in Germany when the NSDAP came in they changed things around.

Anyways lets say you do wish to give gifts there's days whereby you can celebrate it such as the Solstice(21st), Satan's day/Yuletide(23rd), and Xmas(25th).

But again gift giving should be during the Summer sorta like Southern Hemisphere people give gifts during their winter while it's summer for Northerners.

The legends about Odin(Satan) or Santa Clause(Satan as well) are usually symbolic stuff. Remember sure you can argue giving gifts isn't a problem. But a lot of these legends are meant for spiritual stuff. They are legends of the Gods bestowing great information on people to advance them.

A lot of the things we do are spiritual first. Again that's not to say disregard the physical and or mental. But lots of these legends have been corrupted non-the less we aren't against gift-giving.

You could on the 23rd or just do it on the 25th if you are only with regular family and friends that celebrate Xmas. Me personally I would rather use the time on the 21st for spiritual things like meditation warfare and personal workings. Especially this year since its so powerful. The 23rd should be more some kind of celebration in my mind.

This is my idea. I never thought anything was totally ever set in stone though. As long as it is around this time period it is OK as far as I am aware.
