Now where have you seen the words three knots before other than the above statement by Vovim Baghie? The Watchtower Meditation. So to understand their location, you have to understand where the three knots are. They are the base, the heart, and the sixth chakra. This is proven by the statement below.

So the elements exist
between the knots in the sacral, solar, and throat chakra.

THE FOLLOWING IS SPECULATION as I'm not entirely sure whether earth goes between the base and heart or the heart and sixth. Logically, I
know that within all meditations, there is
always a balance and that balance is preached heavily. So LOGICALLY I would SPECULATE that the earth element would go in the throat chakra between the heart and the sixth. As that would create a balance AND it would be in between the knots as HP Vovim Baghie stated it must be.

But as far as I'm aware of, the four pillars of the soul have never been spoken of on the JOS OR on HP Baghie's site.
So what ARE the four pillars of the soul?
And where are they located?
