How do I create my own for free? I've searched around but I'm not sure what is legit, since New-Agers and Wiccans corrupt a lot of things like this.

Auditory subliminals don't really work. 
It's more of a placebo effect.
The book Pre-Conscioius Processing by Dixon will help you understand it better. 
Visual subliminals can work. Even then, they work more in the realm of priming than actual behavior change.
Meditation on what you want, following the JoS strategies will work much faster and more reliably.
If you go here: http://iamgr8ful.com and click on Enriching Visions Plus, you can create your own video for programming yourself. Kind of like a guided meditation. 
By the way, that is a very "new agey" site and am referencing it because I believe it is free and you can get an idea of what I'm talking about.
