Spinal Injury

I've recently sustained a pretty bad injury to two separate places in my
spine, one being in the lumbar and the other in the tailbone. It
happened while I was riding a horse, he tripped while cantering and I
fell off, into the arena wall. I've had many injuries due to horse back
riding before, but this one is by far the most painful.

Anyways, since I've been put on bed rest and told not to move around
unless I have to (I was told it may end up taking up to six weeks to
fully heal— there goes the rest of my summer), I decided to look up
information on Satanic Healing. I've never done it before, and my main
question is, how should I work the meditation to target the two areas on
my spine that are injured (coccyx and left side of 3rd and 4th lumbar
vertebrae)? Should I focus on one, then the other, or target both areas
at the same time? Which would work out to my greater benefit? Also, is
there anything else that I can do in addition to this, to speed up the
healing process? Are there any healing meditations specifically for
injury that I may have overlooked?

I'm also going to add that both sitting and laying down are extremely
painful, despite the pain medications I've been given to take. And ever
since the injury, I've also been having a hard time doing the simplest
meditations, like cleaning my aura and chakras.

I'm just extremely thankful to Father Satan that my spinal cord wasn't
damaged, and that my unrisen kundalini didn't rise due to the impact on
my tailbone.

Thank you to anyone who replies.

-Sarah

well i'm not sure about other healing meditations to do besides the one on the jos site. but it would be best to try and work on both areas just for balance sake if nothing else. parying or being in sunlight or running water will help naturally clean your aura and chakras. always check on the first and second chakras while you heal to make sure the spine damage doesn't affect them.
i hope you get fully recovered soon.

Hail Father

Me too, Billy--well, I have musculoskeletal pain in my upper back. You are right, Sarah should take it easy, and then WHEN you start to get better, you might consider yoga, it's done wonders for my back. Good luck to you, Sarah, I know how you feel...

Yes, I have already read your reply in the main group, I had posted this is both
places just to be on the safe side. :)
Thank you for your previous reply, by the way. It was extremely helpful and
informative. I've already started the Healing meditations, every little bit
helps.
