It is pronounced Yu as in You, a hard G and then ya as in yah. I like to state the affirmation on the in breath inside my head and then again when I am finished out loud. Some time ago in the yahoo forums Lady Maxine mentioned this for someone who was unable to practice yoga as they were paralyzed and their spine was severe. She stated that father Satan woke her up early and told her to post this mantra to help them.
Some time ago after the Hero ritual I was able to hear her and she mentioned to me that I needed to use this to heal my slipped discs along with some other personal info. I had injured my lower back a few years back while at the gym lifting more than I should have while upset. Many of the leg press machines are known to cause injury as well as other machines. If you can always use free weights as it is a much more natural movement and when working out legs use the hexagon bar if possible to reduce injury.
Remember that just because you have been healing yourself and the pain is gone, it doesn't necessarily mean you are fully healed. It could take some time to fully heal and I mention this as a warning. Since my slipped discs my chiropractor told me not to lift heavy anymore which meant no more than my own body weight, not calisthenics just however much I weigh is the max amount on the bar. I felt good enough one day that I was healed so I decided to start lifting heavy again and the pain didn't actually set in until much later. I had to take some days off of work as a result. You need to make absolutely certain that you are 100% better before lifting again, or do any physical work that involves your spine and any compression injury you might have had. it is best to start off again slowly, very slowly, and little by little work your way back up to were you used to be.
