Wow. Thats intense guys lol I use to feel the same way about being ashamed of my sexual fantasies and desires. But ofcourse power meditation has helped me come to peace with it and transform sexually in a healthy way also. I am very imaginative and creative when it comes to things like that.

This is very True. Especially for people who meditate, be careful what you want. Know yourself. Sometimes Power can be disturbing. I knew a girl that meditated, she was an SS and had some nasty issue that...She had that nasty hangup in regards to law and all the related. She thought that getting in jail for Satan or some other things, were natural and fine. She had that probably ingrained in her soul, like a kid who just read Mein Kampf and read on about how Hitler went to jail. With that ingrained and power meditation, she always attracted circumstances that people sued her, attracted bad circumstances with cops, not only for herself but her friends. Which was quite a fucked up thing to do. She had that need to be chased down and she invited all sorts of attacks etc, then she was proud for her stupid actions.

Others should have mentioned this. If you have nasty hangups and all this wiring into your soul, much power and power to attract things will only work subconscious to your detriment...And will destroy you in severe situations.

A year is not a long time. It seems like it when you are starting out at the beggining but it goes very quick. I have changed not MYSELF but aspects of myself and my attitude and my feelings of myself and life and changed in ways in positive ways through Satan and Power meditation that in over 20 years I had not been able to change before this past year. I am 31 years old and while I still have much in myself to heal and come through I feel like I am alive for the first time. I have had over the years very negative feelings about myself and the world, I hated being alive I hated waking up everyday. I thought I was shit and nothing. And thats how people treated me. I drew it to myself. I created my own depression and self destructive habits. Over the past year I have been healing this. Satan showed me who I really was under all that crap, my whole attitude changed and while I still have a lot of work to do on myself I can see now like someone turned a light on. I crave the sun it is still hard for me some days to get going and drag myself up and out but once I am up and going I feel happy.
What I am saying is, there is not a miraculous overnight change it takes time and consistant meditation and actively taking control of your mind and thoughts. Being aware of what you are thinking about and dwelling on.
Once when I was in that dark negative headspace and my soul was weak and damaged I wanted to hurt myself. I was destructive toward myself. I got involved with people who hurt me and put me down.
Now I am very aware of when I do something thats harms me. And I don't want to hurt myself. I want to improve myself and take better care of myself. I still have a few problems that I am not completely out of but I am getting there. I keep an image and a feeling of myself how I want to be whole and healthy and happy full of power attracting positive things to myself. I stay focussed on the positive things and starve the negative the things I don't want I won't even think about. I behave as if they are not there and I focus only on my ideal goal. I am already there in my mind.
When you look back at how you have changed after a time you will be amazed. I hold Satan close to my heart all the time and trust Him to guide me. I know He wants the best for me and knows me better than I know myself.

Sexual fetishes can be positive and healthy. When YOU become positive and healthy in yourself desires for destructive behaviour and negative concequences go away naturally. It is not natural or healthy to desire harming yourself and others this way. When stuck in it you don't see that but the fact you are here asking about these things tells me you know deep down something is wrong inside and if you want to change this you can.

If anyone here could have seen how bad I was before with depression and panic attacks and my attitude to how I am now you would be shocked. I have seen over my life so many doctors had so many tests, medication, therapy I had a lot of strange health problems aswell I was a wreck. I understand the point is to help clients understand the underlying issues and how to create steps to solve their problems and understand the reason for emotional problems and work past them. This works and helps people solve their own problems. If a person does show direct symptoms of mental illness thats another story. And is another field that requires an MD. I've been doing my meditations for quite a while, yet I still haven't found an *escape* (if you prefer) from certain fantasies, but I still do not act on them. Well only you can really know if you are denying yourself or not and if you are then find out why and stop it.
