I've had these types of fantasies - destructive ones, not just sexual one's either. They can be terribly strong and disturbing. Perhaps not everyone get's them. Perhaps each persons cleansing process is different.

The way that I'm fixing things up, and this works, is:
1. Do ida-ping alternate breath everyday, I don't focus on the top/bottom chakras though. I only do 2-8-4, like in the Tibetans breaths book.
2. Practice mindfulness and "note gone" meditation. This would come under Dyanna for the 8-path Astaroth thing. For this I recommend researching a guy named Shinzen Young. You should note however that this guy seems to be a Jew to me, and he's a Buddhist. Personally I think the original Buddhism that these practices where most used in has become corrupted.
3. Sublimating emotional drives in a positive way.
4. Being elementally balanced.

Been dealing with this stuff for 5+ years, things are really starting to improve for me now.

Yep here we go again. Here you are telling this person to role play and feed their mind with identical trash and thus psychologically feed an unhealthy impluse to be raped and murderd, so it becomes stronger in their psyche. Which is unsane and destructive.
 
So its no wonder you would be telling me how wrong it is that I naturally react to people encouraging this individual to pursure the course of an action that ends with their own self destruction. Which is morally  criminal advice on their part.

I sort of understand the responses of the other members, and there's no need to be so harsh about it.

I think all of us have some sort of sick/weird/messed up/disturbing fantasies/fetishes or even just a thought. I believe that you should, like a friend of mine had said, do whatever is 'functional' in your life. So, being killed wouldn't be so functional now, would it?
Try to satisfy that fetish of yours either by reading stories or comics of that kind or 'roleplay' on the Internet.

I, personally (yeah sorry Don, but I believe giving your own self as an example is the best of all examples as you share certain emotions with the other) have some.. um... weird things in my mind, but I don't act on them because I do not intend on breaking the law, 'cuz that wouldn't be functional and it would just be morally wrong. So what I advice you is, if you want to *act* on that fetish of yours (find a woman etc), do not overdo it and do not kill yourself; and never forget there're always alternative ways (roleplaying, reading stories/etc of that kind) in order to satisfy your fetish.

Lastly, I actually wonder what may have happened in your past life as well... I wonder that for myself too, because of these weird thoughts that exist... It would be interesting if you did the past life meditation and see for your own. Maybe it would help you clear some things up?

Well only you can really know if you are denying yourself or not and if you are then find out why and stop it. Of course if everyone in the whole world knew what your sexual desires were there would be people that would judge and disapprove but that probably applies to almost everyone. If people think you're weird or don't like it just don't talk to them.
The good thing is, nobody needs to know what sexual fetishes you have except yourself and whoever you have sex with. I'm (male) bisexual and have fantasies about doing some really nasty stuff to other people, men especially.
