Thinking of relapsing into thats stuff again.
Maybe its a depression, or as Andjew tate says its not real.
Any advice out there this place helps
thank you.
Depression is certainly real; Andrew Tate doesn't know what he is talking about in that regard, or at least he didn't communicate it well.
Addictions are based around a desire to fulfill something, and it also means you subconsciously view the addiction as the solution to your problem, rather than a negative. Sometimes people link their addictions purely to happiness, other times they may be using it to cope with more nuanced social or emotional problems. This is something you will have to answer by yourself.
Regardless, you can use energies like Sowilo and Wunjo to restore your mood and desire for positivity, rather than to slip into a negative pattern. These are general solutions, but should be pursued until you are able to identify the full cause behind your desires. I would recommend searching online in psychology resources, or forums of other people who are fighting this addiction, and this can give you an idea as to why you may hold these desires, and how to properly redirect them.
As examples, sometimes people take depressants to block out pain and help them forget. With stimulants, these can be taken to restore a lost sense of power or function, and so on. Try to connect the drug to the missing "energy" it is related to. For example, someone who takes a stimulant might be desiring the natural strength that comes from Mars energy.
Anyway, I hope that helps. Remember that any of these struggles are ongoing battles and not to beat yourself up too much. Keep a sense of optimism, which fuels further growth, rather than letting any mistakes spiral you into depression.
