The pressure feeling which is sometimes hot, but with the upper chakras I've found mostly feels like pressure is a sign that you are opening your chakras. This is a good sign and continue the hard work.
It is only if you feel intense heat that is bothersome that you should be worried about the chakra above it being blocked. Be sure to circulate the energy you are gathering as stagnant energy can be harmful. If you want to keep it moving but keep it within that chakra spin the chakra. The way that you should spin it is the way the hair naturally whirls at the crown of your head. Hail Satan!
