Question regarding chakras/aura

There is one thing I don’t yet understand.
Some workings, like for example cleaning your aura mention “if you see your chakras are dirty”.

What exactly does that mean? I can visualize my chakras, but how can I “see” if they are dirty? Am I actually supposed to see it being dirty while visualizing, or is there something else to it? I’m confused.

Most people can't literally see their chakras when they're starting out. What is meant here is that when you "see" your chakras/aura, a mental image forms in your mind. What does it look like? Is there discoloration, dirt, or anything else wrong with it? Don't force it to look a certain way, just honestly ask yourself and let it come to you.

You need to visualize your chakras and if you see them dirty (energetic cloth, blockages etc), then you need to clean.

Make sure you have strong visualization skills and that you do not mistake the dirt with a shadow. Not ironically speaking. It's about improving your psychic abilities.
