sensitivity to feeling Chakra's

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well. I have a question regarding the chakra's, is it possible that our chakra's can already be opened and empowered but we just can't feel them as we have no sensitivity to them or something? Or is it that the reason they cannot be felt is because they are not actually opened in the sense of the initial opening that the meditations do, or could they be dirty with dross? I ask this because i can feel my upper chakra's and have been working on grounding with the lower ones after the initial opening of my upper chakras', however i cannot feel my lower chakra's for the most part at all even though i have done the meditations for opening them several times now. I suppose they could just be more stubborn compared to the upper ones, also i have barely any visualization so when i clean it is just vibrations of suryah 9 or ten times. Thank you for any assistance you can provide me with this matter.

Your sensitivity to energies increases as you work on them, and continue to advance. Also, as you work on your chakras they will become more "bold" so it will be easier to feel the ones which you arent feeling yet.

Continue with the cleaning, the visualization will get better as upper chakras get cleaner, dont forget to clean your 3rd eye, temple, shoulder and hip chakras. It can be lower amount of reps, like 3x into each with 1x affirmation

Visualization can also be trained by exercises, the one in 6month meditation program works really well.

because I didn’t feel it was necessary to use it before. I used Aum as a divider basically to help me shift my focus and intention, if that makes sense.

but if it’s best to use it before as well then do it. I’m not an expert in crafting a spell

Welcome, also dont stress too much on feeling your chakras, it will automatically come to you. Just know that the vibration and energies you are applying are getting into that particular chakra.

I saw Henu say before that Aum can be used to demarcate one working from another which is what made me ask. Since the working starts with the aura I was wondering why separate that part out of the working. But that's just my understanding of what he said and I don't really know a lot either so I was curious.

The working hes doing is one working. In this case Aum is no required. Aum basically is used to begin and end. It acts as barrier/container sorts.
