Question About How TO Induce A Instant Trance State

hello again,
i have a question about the trance state,

the trance state is the most powerful and important part of our mind,
in this state all of our psychic power can be accessed much easier,

so i was wondering is there someway you may instantly induce a trance state within just a second, based on some hand gesture or body motion? perhaps just simply stating a word?

i have yet to even come close to entering a trance-state,
but at least when i finally do i may have the power of instant induction, which in my book would make you extremely being able to enter the psychic state at will within seconds.

also are there any good instant trance inductions, ones that do not involve visualizations? the one on the website does not seem to help me due to my lack of visualization ability.

I just think "trance" and bang I'm in a trance. No visualization (anymore, but I used to do HPS Maxine's suggestion with the ladder). A hand gesture or body motion would probably not work as it is ideal to be fully relaxed, although after some practice with trance I am able to move a bit and stay in trance. It kind of sounds like you may be over thinking this, trying to figure out what will work as you are trying to make it work. Don't think, just... be in the moment, feel the moment for what it is, and relax.
