(QUESTION) Strange astral experience

I wanted to have a nap at noon.

Suddenly, I woke up with very intense electronical shocks in my head, I felt tingles and electric in my head very intensely.

I spoke to the Father Satan while this is happening.

The experience:

Suddenly, I understood it is a probably mental/spiritual state.



I tried to do Astral Projection. I visualized and told myself I am leaving the body and going to Astral.

I only felt my astral body's head rised. I tried to look at my physical head from above but I suddenly felt myself in my physical body again and all electronical shocks all that mental/spiritual state stopped, I have never been able to do the same rise again because everything got normal again.




Now, the question is: What were those electronical shocks? Is it trance? I've never been in trance before, I don't know how it feels. Is it possible to wake up and find yourself in a trance?

I sometimes have these electronical shocks and they are called as brain zaps, but it has never been very powerful like that. I thought like something spiritually is happening I don't really knew what happened when I woke up.

I've never full on astral projected so I can only speak about second-hand experiences.

Some people report feeling very vibrating or something like very intense zapping feeling right before astral projecting. I feel that is because the Astral Body is made of Light and Light is vibrating at different frequencies, but it does vibrate.

Now, I'm not sure exactly why people feel this strongly right before Projection...maybe because they feel the Astral Body more intensely than ever, without the Physical Body mediating it? Or detaching from Physical Body causes this? Not sure about the dynamics but I would really love an answer.

People on the internet also report having an interruption of the experience of the "very strong vibrations" because of fear response. Apparently, when one is feeling those strong vibrations and is aware of the imminent projection. What happens is that fear response can kick in and Fear is a great blocker of experience. One needs to go past that threshold to have the experience.

If you want to go to astral next time, when your astral body is leaving your physical body, dont focus on your physical body, because you could go back to physical body. Just ignore your physical body, and focus to be somewhere else in the room.
