I’ve been dedicated for a while now, and even though I literally hate, Jehovah hate his son, Jesus Christ, even though it doesn’t even exist and is just a thought form. I still cannot stop thinking about them. Why is this??? How do I destroy any and all thought of those parasites????

You have emotional reactions when you think about them and this leads you to give excessive attention to these thoughts, and they become obsessive. Learn not to react emotionally, they are just thoughts. Stay calm and ignore. Being calm is absolutely necessary to control your mind.

Ignore this things called Jehovah or Jesus and their false bullshit teachings. There are the real enemy of humanity. Let Satan be in your heart and mind, his path will lead you to all that is all and all that is just.

As said, the cause can be internal (obsession, programming, overactive mind, etc.)
I also found in my experience, having spiritual links with xians may cause to absorb their thoughts, mainly if they pray on you so they direct more energies to you.
If you have strong ties with xian family, relatives, friends, etc. you may need to distance a bit - on the unconscious level mainly.
This can also happen, if you live in strongly xian infested areas - i.e. your people living with parents who hand the nazarene and the virgin bitch anywhere in the house. Symbols like these may attract negative energies and entities.

So before blaming yourself, also observe if any external cause, that amplifies your obsessions.
