I, what if during the week I can't do the morning +evening meditation? What if I can do only something in the middle of the day and in the weekend I can do more, can I do the 40 day program like this?

Hello, split it as you see fit, just make sure to do the practices!

Yes, you're completely fine.

Something you can also do as well is extend each section of the meditations for a couple of days.

All in good time, just don't feel rushed and perform at least one evening or one morning section each day.
