His new member here, I recently being doing the 40 day meditation and on the 35th day I didn't see that we had to include a new one( nose breathing). My question is do I start again or continue, I feel I should start all over. Thank you in advance

Include from today that new exercise and reach the 40 days, you do some extras day with breathing.

Reach the 40, it's a milestone to be proud of.

Hello,
First of all, congratulations on being here and for having embarked on this Path. The 40 day program is an initial training designed to build the foundations for your mandate here in the Temple of Zeus. A small oversight or variation in the program is not a problem; you can continue until its full completion, even if you happen to skip the breathing exercise for a day and resume it the next.

Absolutely not, don't start over. The program lasts 40 days but can also last 50 or 60 days, it's subjective.
For example, if you think you've found difficulty with an exercise that lasted three days, you can continue it for another 5 or 10 days or however long you need.
You're doing great!
