In the past few days I've been so tired to do anything after work

When prana moves, chitta (consciousness) moves.
When prana is without movement, chitta is without move-ment.

Both prana and consciousness must be present for life to exist. The conscious experience is chitta; that which takes one closer to the conscious experience is prana, and that which motivates prana is vasana, inherent desire. So, prana and vasana are the two supports of consciousness. A living being is called a prani, one who has prana and thus consciousness.

As an update regarding the visualization app, I've tried a few more technologies.

Initially I was doing it in Unity hence I thought crossplatform is easier there, which is, but not that efficient.

Then I reconsidered React Native but even though it's quite simple to use, I can't say that I fully enjoy it.

Then I gave a shot to Flutter, which I've used before but I remembered I'm not such a big fan on the Syntax, a great framework though. Just not my type.

Then I remembered how much I like C# and the fact that I was already refreshed with C# from Unity, so I considered .NET MAUI.

Which I ended up liking a lot, now I'm studying and prototyping with it, seems like this is the framework i'll stick with.

I wasn't sure if I wished to share this or not, but everyone here is my family, so I decided to share some of it.

Yesterday I shared a lot of past traumas and heldbacks with my loved one, she has not only accepted them, but healed me, freed me and made me feel something I could not ever think I would feel.

Today, seems like due to eliminating these, my throat chakra got amazingly powerful and my energy is circulating A LOT much better.

My meditation cushion just arrived! This is gonna make my sessions so much more comfortable, pretty happy about it, couldn't find a good place and always had to improvise with pillows. Got it for only 10$ from aliexpress if anybody wants to check it out.

Lately I've been connecting with my amethyst, I give it energy and it seems to give it back, but more like attuning my vibration slightly to an interesting feeling.
Usually I had problems sleeping fast but now I fall asleep instantly if it hold in my left absorbing hand.

Just wanted to share this, but lately i ve been having flashes of my light body right over my eyes.
And with my eyes closed, which was kind of weird since I was literally seeing through my eyelids, for some reason when I had my eyes closed I could see my light body up to 2-3 seconds while actually moving my hands. Makes me think it maybe was like that because I was more relaxed?

And right now I can see my aura solidify and cloak my body parts, even though I cannot see colors yet. What I see is more like a black light? Something that looks like every colors in one, I can't really explain it.

Anyways, the future is bright!
