I am beginner ss. One day i unconsciously came up the idea of rasing energy like that. I am imagining that beam of white light is entering in my body and it feels my body with energy. I feel strong energy buz.
I want to ask is that safe what i am doing????

Yes, a thing I usually do, is not just intend to draw energy in, but to draw only positive energy which is not of animals/plants/humans.

While visualisation is strong for helping ones technique, focus on the intent and the feeling of energy aswell!

And why are you doing this?

I have a question in regards to this and I'm glad the A.O.P. put this question up.

You two at the end above mentioned programming the energy.

My question is do we have to be maniacs to program everything?

I noticed the pranayama section. While I've done pranayama and affirmed increase in vrill, lifeforce, mana etc.etc. words of that nature. But I noticed very much that for the most part each pranayama is similar in bringing prana but some are different example Lucifer breath for solar/pineal, or Sun/Moon breath i.e. balance.

How then do we go about programming everything? Excuse my silliness I'm sure someone might go sometimes you do it other times nope.

But how much programming should we be doing? Aren't there automated processes that automatically operate the Soul energy gains?

I raise enegy before meditation or rune working. This way i raise energy better than with breathing exercises.. Satanas. Vuvavo. Ir foundation. Meditation
