Question #2045: How do I come out of my past

In the past so many and many abuses have happened to me ..Those abuses are too much to handle ..How do I really forget it and start a new life .I really wanna forget all that .How do I heal completely emotionally ,psycologically ?

You don't heal by forgetting, you heal by going back and resolving the situation. You can never forget, not at the soul level, thats why people are born with phobias or seemingly irrational fears, its something they brought with them from a past life.
Meditate on yourself and gain understanding of how you were hurt and why, or, if you want revenge, do that, the JoS gives you the tools.
