Yes, Dahaarkan's method of draining can be perceived as an overly intimate or psychopathic method to harm someone, and I did write to him in regards to being regulated and justified with this.

To his credit, however, he did detail the pros and cons of this, including plenty of warnings. He noted its limited use, and so this seems more like an interesting idea/proof of concept, more than a useful tool for most people.

Someone can be just as awful with "regular" cursing, as well. It is all about analyzing the situation appropriately - and making sure you are not someone who acts in an unjustified manner.

But, the situation for Jrvan and others is more complicated than what it appears at the surface. People need other energies as well to be successful. From how Guardian Blitzkreig has chosen to interact in the forums since the announcement of JoS Guardians, it’s clear there is a noticeable shift in who now handles the smaller personal interactions among SS. His comments have grounded in remaining as un-bias as possible while making no one feel personally attacked or singled out.

Harmony in the forums and bringing understanding where possible in heated arguments, seems to be two key factors for his involvement. He might become a target, but he now has authority, and naturally that’ll diffuse most of anyone’s thinking to go after him. People might talk back at him but they’d be fools to make any direct attack or engage in petty passive aggression towards him.

I personally play a little game here that I watch how people treat others. Especially new members. I just told you and everyone else months ago exactly when it was at its lowest. Are you trolling ? The difference is already paid if you had followed my advice. You can go back to my Buy the Dip post and BTC was at 33000. Now it's at 47000. How much percentage profits do you make with Intra Day Stock Trading or even Long term Stock Trading. If you had listened to me you'd have made enormous profits.

And this isn't the end of it. BTC will touch 100k after the US economy collapses due to the Great Reset. So if someone is holding I'd advice them not to sell. Same goes for any coins that I'd Posted - MANA, SAND ,ICP etc. They are all atlest 10% - 20% in profit since when I called them.

When Bitcoin touched a new all time high these coins are going to 10X at that point. There is no way that this will not happen. Another issue is lost knowledge in regards to physical cultivation. Sure, Taoism and Hinduism have preserved some, but it's mostly watered down and turned to health purpose, not reflective of the warrior societies we had in the past. The last main issue is with the current level the planet resides at, with a range of frequencies that makes it very difficult to keep the kundalini permanently raised, let alone turn your body into weapon or achieve lost levels of athleticism. I look at elite gymnasts and I know they barely border the limit between untermensch and human, some barely surpassing it and only in some aspects.

To sum it, there are different issues that prevent us from achieving higher levels of athleticism. One is the narrow scope of focus during training coupled with the lack of foundation in bone strength and joint strength, which should always come first for a few years (preferably as a child) before any other form of strengthening is undertaken, and coupled with the overworking of modern schedules. The second is lost knowledge of physical cultivation techniques coupled with the lack of spiritual advancement. As SS we fare slightly better than NPCs when it comes to this, but we still don't possess all the knowledge yet. You can still inhale solar, or other energy, without being in the direct sun, because you are pulling it from the ether/or still able to pull it from the Sun. You can use mantras, like Surya, to generate solar energy without having to use the inhale technique, either.

Your solar chakra is what constantly draws in solar energy from the ether around you, therefore empowering this will give you more constant energy.

Do not be afraid of empowering chakras, because being on a higher vibration is always useful. It is only when people go totally extreme with just empowerment that they start to get problems. Remember, more power means better cleaning and karma removal, as well, so there is nothing to fear here.

It's never to late to start anything but obviously do not expect to reach Olympic levels by starting now, unless you manage to fully and permanently raise your kundalini first.

You don't need to wait, as Aquarius already stated. However, you should limit things that can cause joint damage and long-term damage in general and avoid certain sports. Example of things to avoid for the time being are full-contact sports like rugby, American football and boxing/mma/most martial arts. For the time being, you may want to limit yourself to the light contact and no-contact version (in case of martial arts) and to the boring "touch" version in case of other sports (i.e. touch rugby).

After you've built your foundation, you can take on more stress. Depending on how long you dedicate to your iron shirt training daily, the delay in starting full-contacts sports will be reduced.

As for strength training it is best to avoid heavy lifting while you are building your foundation, and also comparable heavy bodyweight exercises. In this case, starting an artistic gymnastics programme would be best if you have a place that offers enough weekly hours to adults (hint: contact universities as well). The way artistic gymnastics is taught to beginners is that you master foundations during your first years before moving on to other apparatus. Things like handstands, and preparatory elements for floor exercises are mastered in the first years, as well as stability and balance exercises on other apparatus. It is unadvised to go on other apparatus or attempt more acrobatic floor skills before the basics as master, because the risk of injury becomes much higher. (Note: before someone goes on to say that handstands are easy, they should check what a real handstand looks like: a fully straight line, no any curve like the majority seems to do. Incorrect handstand form leads to injury as well, which is why there are several preparatory elements beforehand that would destroy the instant-gratification brain of calisthenics "athletes", lifters and bodybuilders. Not to mention handstands are just new beginning too, when you get it, as there are handstand walks, handstand runs, handstand pirouettes and many other things that can be done in handstand).

Yes, witchcraft and meditation can accelerate the process of strengthening your bones and joints, when combined to iron shirt exercises. Even void meditation on your bones and joints daily, followed by visualising in full detail (including feeling and so on) of your desired final results can accelerate everything tremendously. Working on your chakras specifically is also useful. Your root chakra can help you improve your endurance and your bone structure, to overcome fear and anger. Your sacral chakra can help you with matters related to strength and muscle mass, and to properly direct your sexual energy for athletic development. Your solar plexus chakra can help you heal faster, with energy levels, stamina, motivation and self-esteem. Your middle chakra can help you with coordination, to overcome anxiety and to understand your needs. Your throat chakra can help you find ways to express yourself appropriately such as developing your approach to the sport, your way of doing things and so on. Your sixth chakra can help you with sports strategy, quick decision-making and finding opportunities. Timing as well.

Remember, there are two main parts to growth: one is to take steps to empower yourself from a physical, psychological and spiritual point of view; the other is to overcome resistances within yourself that delays or prevent your growth. There are also charities that offer mental health support to athletes. Do not take them for granted, as they can help you overcome mental and emotional barriers related to confidence, fear, anxiety and so on, especially when integrated with SS teachings.
