Programming your aura

When someones going to program their aura will it work if I'm not in a trance but cannot feel my body.? Like without the falling effect

Trance is not necesary at all for programming the soul. Its helps, but you can do it at any time.

Thanks but uh When I'm breathing in colored energy am I supposed to still imagine it getting brighter in the center of my body or is that only for white gold ?

Personally, I imagine myself so bright that only the outline of my body is visible and discernible. This intense energy creates a natural glow/aura of light
