Physical weapons don't have 'purification properties' (whatever you mean by that). The most sacred 'weapon' is your mind and your spiritual powers, if you haven't developed those with meditation you can't do shit no matter how many props or weapons or whatever else you use in rituals. Its stupid (no offense) to think you can fight enemy spiritual entities with physical weapons, you'll be fighting thin air.

Also, why do you want to harm your crown chakra (heavenly body-an allegory)?

It is not the weapon that determines it's ability. But the person wielding it. The sword or weapon itself does not automatically have 'abilities' such that of purifying. Your power is what flows through the weapon as it is an extension of your being. More likely your energy as well. It becomes a part of you.
