Is there any other rune except Uruz? I thought about Uruz, but i never feel something strong with this rune, so i need to configure another path

The whole point is to increase your intake and manipulation of energy so not feeling something strong initially with this rune would make sense.

This is not going to be a shot thing so do this for at least 90 days if not 180, and you'll undoubtedly feel the results and growth then. At the same time, keep working on the Foundation Meditation daily and have in mind that you're attempting to increase the energy and hold it.

This hold will increase day by day, as well as the amount of energy you're able to breathe in.
