I need some chakra help!!! >_<

I live in an anti-Satan home, and I want to do activate my chakras, but I don't want Mom knowing about it. Is there a way to do the vibrations quietly, but still feel it in my chakras? HAIL SATAN/LUCIFER!!!! ^_^b

Yes, do the vibrations in your mind, you should feel the vibrations in the chakra you are working on. They can be even more effective than doing them out loud.

You can think about it in your head. Do it when everyone's asleep or when no one is around. I had the same problem. you don't have to make any sound, just think it. You can just imagine or feel positive/healing/(put nice word here)energy flowing through your chackras. Your spirit knows your thoughts, but your mom doesn't

Yes. You can still vibrate but in your mind. When you do this, simply focus on the chakra while vibrating.

1) Inhale and start to focus on the chakra.
2) Hold your breath for an amount you can hold; don't force yourself.
3) Exhale and while exhaling and focusing on your chakra, vibrate the word but in your mind. You don't eve need to vibrate it correctly, it's still gonna work.I hope i helped.
