What are your thoughts on gentrification? I think it's a great thing it makes poor communities look nice and increases the property value. Opens up stores and etc that wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for gentrification.

Although i can agree it makes an area look nice,
gentrification raises the living cost of people who already struggle financially to make a living in the area/community, and because of the raise in living cost, they have no choice but to move out and find even cheaper neighborhoods to live in. These low cost low income neighborhoods are usually full of gangs, drugs, literally all kinds of crazy sh***. Gentrifaction literally forces the low class/poor out of their homes and into even more crappy areas or worst case scenario the streets.

Less than 10 percent of families get displaced.  In specific places it's never higher than 25 percent. Most families stay in gentrified communities. Of course the cost will be higher because they're getting better quality stuff.

<td val[/IMG]On the flipside, many make it seem as though gentrification is a bad thing. Aside from the much needed socio-economic justice for all people, some places that were crime infested and run down, has seen significant improvements.

One factor is getting rid of the thugs and degenerates that destroy the neighborhoods. I have seen poor white neighborhoods that look normal and much neater and clean than poor black neighborhoods....

As was said, it can be very improving. Although you have places which are completely turned around 360 and most are forced out. There needs to be some kind of balance.

The big issue here is the jewish system which perpetuates social and economic inequalities.

Gentrification is actually good for educated blacks it only hurts the ones who didn't graduate high school. But let's be honest if they didn't graduate then they don't have a job probably thugs anyway. Might as well separate the bad apples from the good ones.
