On Intuition and Overcoming Pain

The main way I've received guidance in this path is through intuition. Not as a beginner the first few years, but as I advanced more, by doing cleaning, Void Meditation and above all meditating on my Chakras. It took some years. I think intuition is an extremely important aspect to evolve to the higher levels.

An extremely important thing though, is to write it down. Your memory is much worse than you think, but if you write it down you will always have it. It will be a firm block so to say, and then the Gods, or your own Soul, will be able to give you the next block, and the next and so on, going in this direction. You're not truly listening if you don't write it down, writing it down is the essential part. I'm now reading things that I wrote a few months ago, and I had almost completely forgotten about them.

Through this method of writing down my intuitions on this path, I've learned so much about myself, about life in general, about Spirituality, Magick and so on. Write everything down, even what you've learned through observation and studying. By doing this, then when you will receive the next piece of the puzzle, you will have the previous piece in place and eventually the final picture will be clearer and clearer for you. But if you don't write things down, everything will be much more confused, you will lose pieces and it will be much more difficult to progress on the path of understanding.

You will recognize what I'm talking about when you will have these intuitions. They will come out of nowhere many times, often in meditation but also during your day, and they will be so fast. The previous second nothing, and now you 'just know' the answer. It's immediate.

Your intuition will benefit a lot from the quality and the quantity of your knowledge. It's not all about the spiritual. The subconscious is very involved too. The more you know (quality information, not garbage) the easier it will be for the Gods, or your own 'Higher Self', to help you make the connections, find new layers of meaning of stuff you thought you 'fully understood' already, infer new important things based on your previous knowledge etc.

This is the real power of 'journaling' in my opinion, and I tell you again, I benefited greatly from this. Not because I'm 'special', or my intuition is particularly unique, but because I truly paid attention and I wrote things down. The important things I learned here, on books, through observation, through other people's experience and through my own intuition. That's where journaling is truly powerful and going back to read everything will be much better. Personally I'm not a believer in writing literally everything that happened to you each day, because it will be too much of a burden to go back and find the actual value in all of that mess. Writing down over and over again 'today I woke up in a good mood, I scratched my back and the coffee tasted great' is useless information, that will only water the value of your journaling down. Even though it's true that in the simple details some great wisdom can be found at times. Again, this is just my view on it.

Now, it can sound cliché, but pain is truly the greatest teacher. Shift your mindset when you are suffering in life, this is what I've understood, there is so much to learn from suffering. From every mistake, negative experience, problem and so on. This is not meaningless pain (although some of it can be), there is an enormous amount to be learned from your suffering, so it's not all for nothing, at all.

It's so important that you write down what you learn on this path, because your pain and your life are very unique, and what you will be able to learn may be something that no one else will be able to find out, or explain it like you can. Especially thanks to your developed intuition and the guidance from above. Once you will be done with this process, you will have learned a great deal and you will be able to bring out thousands, or maybe millions one day, who knows, out of that specific situation. You will be like a Light of Divine Guidance in this world, and this is not some poetic nonsense I'm stating, it's very practical.

One thing that the Gods taught me, is that each of us, especially those who have progressed more on this path, are like Light in this World through which humanity will be able to see the Truth. Without this Light, so many souls simply stand no chance of figuring it out on their own. If it wasn't for Lady Maxine, forget it, I personally would've never figured out 5% of what I know today. She was like a Light for me, She allowed me to see things I would've never even thought of.

Your karma is very unique, your pain is very unique, you are very unique, and you will be able to discover things that maybe no one else will be able to. This is why it's so important to listen to your own intuition, to overcome your pain and learn as much as possible from it, and to then share this knowledge with humanity. This is what it means to be a Light to this World.

Finally, what I want to point out is that this process of learning through one's intuition and through one's pain in the spiritual path, is a rather common theme, and it's been outlined multiple times throughout history, the following is a quote from Nigel Pennick's book 'Secrets of the Runes', a quote that has multiple layers of meaning as well:
'To access the otherworld, shamans have undergone the experience of the primal being, Ymir, by which he or she experiences the psychic trauma of being dismembered, scattered through the worlds, and finally reassembled. The person who survives this ordeal transcends the horror, becoming reintegrated as a shaman.'

True Shamanism has nothing to do with drugs, or other modern corruptions; it was originally all about Spiritual Power and understanding. I just want to point that out.
