Shouldn’t we be worshipping Eros instead of Zeus because he’s the senior to Zeus? Eros was one of the first Gods of the Greek Pantheon. Zeus was a latter God.

No, because the chronological seniority of the Gods in mythology does not reflect a hierarchy of Beings like you and me.

And, importantly, Eros is a primordial being of love, desire, and attraction. His early birth shows these primeval forces in the Universe, like Nyx.
