Subject: [JoyofSatan666] Re: Difficulty Visualizing clairaudience points
I think what Shannon was getting across is that its a personal thing.
For me, I tend to do a bit of both whilst visualising. For instance, the Clairaudience points as in the original question, I have the same problem time to time. And I find seeing myself from a 'third person' view to be much easier, and sometimes I can just concentrate better in this way rather than 'first person'.
Usually when I empower my chakras, I am simply focusing on the chakra, seeing only that and the rough area on my body, as well as feeling it. This is where it gets a little tricky. I tend to see two images at once, if that even makes sence, almost over lapping, but I can see both very clearly. So I see my base chakra on its own for example, but also see myself sitting and see it spinning where it should be.
And yes, visualisation gets a lot easier once the third eye is open, the third eye and sixth chakra are the chakras for clairvoyance and astral sight. If you haven't opened your chakras, I suggest doing this before doing any major empowering or aligning work on them.

That was a question I was going to ask actually Shannon.
So i'm NOT supposed to meditate and see myself in 3rd person?
Like for aligning the chakra's I have to imagine myself in 3rd person and then imagine the arrows on my body (like imagine sitting about 2 foot behind yourself and just visualising your own body and surroundings).
How am I supposed to visualise my chakra's and clairaudience points? Do I just need to try and focus at one point of my body at one time and thats focusing on it?
Does it get easier once i've opened my 3rd eye (Failed to attempt this yet so i'll be needing to attempt this over the next few days)
