Just to let you know, death note isn't real it's just an anime series.

If you want to kill people, you'll need a substantial amount of training in power meditation.

I was gonna say that, but I decided not to. Lol. Yes, what Lite does is cool, but not, in actuality, a spell. BE kinda cool if it were real, but it isn't. Do what others here have suggested...read the site, absorb info. What you want to do is black magick and is very real, and also something one should not mess with unless one truly wishes to kill someone.

well to make it clearer, Death note is a anime show that has gods of death called shinigami's (or just death gods) and that each of them have a note book called a death note that they use to kill mortal humans and every time they do, they live longer, and if a mortal gets there hand on the deathnote of these shinigami's they too can kill other humans, which is what happens in this show.
there has been loads of problem with this in schools cause now you have the emo's and severely depressed people putting names of real people in "death note's" of there own and even though this can be considered venting some think this is promoting violence considering that every name you put in the book are people you want dead. this has been in recent news and you should look it up.

like Dominic Wolfheart said, it takes allot of power to kill one person... even though i won't say its impossible to make a book that can do that, cause in our line of belief, there is no such thing is "impossible" ..but you have carry serious power to command such will non-the-less o.o
