ok after we finish awakening our chakras we start the full chakra meditation ofcourse. but i want to know is when we do the full chakra meditations are they done everyweek? for example we do the crown chakra mediation on thursday, does that mean we do it again the next thursday or still meditate on it regularly and such. someone told me the meditations can be done once a week. i dont want them to close or be low in energy. so should i continually meditate on my chakras even after the full chakra meditations? thank you.
