A question on Philosophers stone

[Fourth Reich 666]

I was looking at all the meditations on the advanced section on the JoS out if boredom, where I came across something Kai Purr mentioned on the JoS- "Be sure to be frequently doing the Sacral Meditation from the Magnum Opus preliminary exercises to get the Male Elixir going as well."

What is the preliminary meditation and where can I find it? Sorry if its a dumb question.
