why when I smoke weed, my energy appears go increase, I fell the need and will to do meditations, some yoga/stretch poses, reflect a lot about life, decisions, problems and motivations. I smoke once or twice in the weekends, on the rest of the week I focus on studying and meditate at least twice a day. I've had worst days being an addict and having bad habits/thoughts, smoking everyday and being depressed, but nowadays I'm controlled about it.

what are your thoughts about it? I want to stop once for all someday, but for now I think it's safe to keep this way, but am I right?
 
Smoking has an influence on your nerve receptors and amplifies thoughts and emotions.

But it is still not recommended to use it, even minimally, because it is not a lucid and desired condition but induced and therefore you can be more exposed to astral larvae (in cases of excessive smoking).

This condition, which you experience by smoking, can be achieved with constant meditation, yoga and the exercise of emptiness and trance meditation.

Eliminate smoking and train your mind to reach such stages, we do not need external means to experience those emotions. Stop immediately and concentrate on your progress
 
Do not stop it instantly, make it a conscious 1-2 year process. Program your mind every night that you are not addicted, you are free from drugs, and you can easily get rid of drug addiction. Craft 5-10 affirmations like this and say affirm them 1-3 times every day, or multiple times a day.

You can also do a freeing working with munka.
These are very powerful and working methods, do not doubt it.
