From experience i can say that programming yourself in trance is very effective. I say here mostly about addictions, i used affirmations like "[addiction] disgusts me" for example. Also for anger management as i remember there is yoga set by HPS Lydia, it should be somewhere there: https://ancient-forums.com/threads/yoga-posts.64519/ and there was somewhere kundalini yoga for addictions, probably on site pinklotus.org. I would not use bindings here.
