There could be certain astrological factors at play in either of your charts, certain planetary placements can affect fertility. It could also be genetic or physical problems that cause this. I would look at it from every angle before you give up, to see if any remedies can be made to fix this issue.

We don't know your exact case, so us, people on the forums, can't know the reason, but a doctor surely can, so you should go see a doctor and get checked.

It could be various of reasons, including stress, and it is important that both partners get tested to see where is the problem, and solve it.
