Is it okay to drink raw milk? Its less processed and I see people like RFK promoting it and people who called out the (((plandemic))). I think it tastes better too but im just not sure if its completly safe

it is less processed, but that also means you can easily get food poisoning from it (campylobacter, E. coli, salmonella etc.).
however, boiling it before consumption should make it safer.
if you intend to drink it, i suggest reading through some articles and suggestions on how to avoid any dangers associated with it.

Pasteurizing milk is very good for avoiding potential parasites or bacteria that you don't want in your milk.
You can and probably should get raw milk, then pasteurize it at home. If you can't do that, boiling it does almost the same thing.

Forgive those who are ignorant of raw milk for they don't know better.

Raw milk is a God's drink, it has all nutrients your body needs and craves for, the bacteria inside it will heal your gut and make it a stronghold of health, raw milk also helps with healing many sicknesses and people would be prescribed raw milk only diets back in the day to heal various diseases.

Boiling it will make it go to waste, so does pasteurizing it, you're removing the necessary bacterias in it that will heal your gut. Pasteurization was a lie promoted by the rockefeller jews to make us much less healthy and make billions pasteurizing milj for the goyim.

You're not gonna get any disease from raw milk that you get by humanely raised cows, I have drank probabily more than 500 litres of raw milk in the last 2 years and since then my health skyrocketed and I literally barely get sick, if I get sick it's for half a day and then I'm suddenly fine.

Raw milk can be a good source of nutrients. However, be aware of whom you're getting it from. And by who, I mean farmer.

Recently my little brother was in hospital for almost a month for getting hepatitis, a liver disease, from consuming raw milk, from a local farmer, a neighbor, who did not wash their hands before milking the cow, while having the virus. My liver also still has problems as well, but wasn't as bad as my brother.

So the person who milks the cow you're drinking the milk of, must be decently hygienic, clean hands, clean environment, so that there aren't any viruses or parasites which can harm you. So pay attention to that when you buy raw milk. Or if you have cows yourself, or goats or whatever, that is even better. You are in control of everything.

Other than that, if your body can handle raw milk and you like it, it is very good, no one can stop you and your nutritional choices are up to you. People that want to boil their raw milk, it's up to them, no one can stop them either. But if you know that where you get your raw milk from, is a clean source, you can drink it as it is. If you're suspicious, better boil it before consuming.

John D. Rockefeller's influence and the success of pasteurization laws in the U.S., combined with his international reputation as a philanthropist and advocate for public health through the Rockefeller Foundation, contributed to the global adoption of milk pasteurization standards. The Rockefeller Foundation was heavily involved in promoting public health globally, funding medical research, public health programs, and food regulations. The Rockefeller Foundation has played a significant role in steering the public away from optimal health and quality of life.

The link below describes how John D. Rockefeller played the big role in pushing for mandatory milk pasteurization in the United States [note: he did this globally through the Rockefeller Foundation] during the early 20th century. His lobbying efforts led to the implementation of raw milk bans in cities like Chicago and New York, which benefited his investments in dairy processing companies. These regulations helped industrialize the dairy supply chain, but also faced resistance from farmers concerned about quality and costs.

The text in the link below describes how John D. Rockefeller offered to purchase, repair, and donate the birthplace of Louis Pasteur in Dole, France, as a public monument. A French committee initially sought funds through public subscriptions for this project, but Rockefeller, moved by his admiration for Pasteur, proposed covering the costs himself while leaving the public effort open for maintenance funds. Just note that John D. Rockefeller himself promoted this:

In addition, the Rockefeller Foundation also shaped our education system we operate on today. The Rockefeller Foundation shaped modern education by funding schools, teacher training, and curriculum development, mphasizing standardized education and vocational training. This began in the early 20th century with the General Education Board founded in 1903, which influenced public schooling in the United States, Europe, and beyond.

In addition to what the others have said, it's known that the guy who invented pasteurising studied the talmud.
Germ theory of disease is jewish psuedo scientific mumbo jumbo passed off as "living saving health advice" to the goyim.

Hello :)

Drinking raw milk is beneficial, and I think it should be drunk 2-3 times a month.
It is high in vitamins and minerals.

It contains gut-friendly probiotics. Also lactoferrin.
It contributes to the immune system and normal bone structure.

But make sure the raw milk is clean, or where it comes from;
because it can rarely have some harmful bacteria in it. It can also have side effects for those with a sensitive stomach, which can cause abdominal distension.

Have a good day.

I have always liked milk and as a little kid used to drink minimum 2 l of milk daily and also yogurt. And as a youngest child and a girl I outgrown everyone in my family even my brother... maybe because of milk 🧐
I can't live without yogurt 🤤 my whole family started pointing that milk is not that healthy, that is only for babies, that when we grow that we can't digest it...that also keeps calcium out of our bodies... And all this propaganda shit... But I knew if this all were true my body wouldn't be so happy when I would consume it... Milk is awesome but where I live it's hard to find raw cow milk but goat milk and I am not used to it's taste and smell but maybe I should give it another try. I even heard that donkey milk is the most nutritious of all milks 🤔 maybe I should get a farm of donkeys! That's a good idea...😻

In my experience:

As a child, I used to drink cow's and goat's milk when my parents had real estate in the village.

This is an exceptionally healthy product and is much better than the milk that is sold in supermarkets and from which many people have allergies.

The cautions about finding the right producer has especially significant in places like the United States where food laws are weird, and not always in your best interests. In most of Europe, it is safer to purchase raw milk products.

Raw milk is the reason why many people are lactose intolerant and are born as such. The bacteria contained in it are beneficial, and are what allows your body to digest milk properly.

Needless to say, milk like other products needs to be drunk whole. Semi-skimmed and skimmed are fads that demonise fats for no reason. Fats are a necessary macronutrient. Not only that, but eating and drinking food that is whole is having it how it was designed. Everything contained in a whole product helps to make the most of the nutrients in it. Skimming and other nonsense robs you of this, and makes some nutrients indigestible, which eventually get expelled from your body or cause health issues long-term.

Regarding milk, like Aquarius stated, you shouldn't boil it. That won't kill all the bacteria, but will certainly kill a lot of them as they can't survive heat above a certain level. You can warm it up a little bit, but you shouldn't boil it nor make it hot. Just warm is fine. I prefer mine room temperature.

Raw milk also helps nourish your joints properly. This is especially important if you suffer of any joints issues, including hypomobility and hypermobility, and also if you have mobility issues. Pasteurised and boiled milk can't help with that.

Speaking of mobility issues and low range of movement, it is important to drink enough water as well. The 2 litres a day doesn't apply for most people, as water intake is based on your body mass and environmental conditions, not on arbitrary numbers.

You have mobility issues if you can't do any of the following:
  • front split
  • middle split
  • straddle
  • squat all the way to the floor (and get up by reversing the movement)
  • do a perfect handstand (meaning with your shoulders perfectly aligned with your wrists, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles)
  • touch your hands behind your back (and go a bit beyond)
  • pike with a straight spine and your hands going past your legs, palms fully on the floor
This is basic human mobility, and I'm sure I forgot a few movements.

What I'm imagining isn't basic at all... do you have any pictures of this?

A lot of that list is somewhat advanced... people may feel like they're totally physically inept if they see a senior member list all of that stuff as basic.
Some of that is strength based and most of it has to be trained progressively to achieve, even for young people.

I agree with you both, though, he does give a point as areas that one can and should devote time to correcting these weaknesses. Flexibility, especially on that level, even if it does take weight loss and the establishment of a proper diet, strength training, and of course the stretching training, can help greatly with spiritual progress. Mental stability and intelligence if necessary too. There are lots of ways to get into this from beginner stages offered on youtube, so one can accomplish, with a true sense of purpose instead of struggle, the Hatha and Kundalini yoga offered on the ToZ. I have seen the 30 seconds per stretching set in a popular youtubes videos, and repeating this atleast 2 times per type of stretch a day has really worked. A full 30 minute session per day, every day, offers really nice results. For others, I think this offers a fairly soft approach, even for those who are not yet adept, and allows progression. Especially combined with other forms of advancement.

Our Brother offers something of what can be considered end goals, comparable to other large achievements we can make in life, their existence in themselves offers the opportunity to ask the question of how to get there. Fortunately we have eachother and a lot of free resources out there to at least get us to the points where we can consider ourselves adept, and push even further, question the data, and improve on the methods as well.

The problem is that what considered basic flexibility nowadays is for fallen andrapoda.

I can make a series of articles to help people achieve, starting from the one in the basic hatha yoga series shared by Lady Maxine on the main website.

With the right knowledge, they're not difficult to achieve at all. It's just that most people and even most so-called personal trainers have very limited and outdated knowledge of flexibility and mobility. Nowadays you also have obese personal trainers, physiotherapists, and doctors who think you have advanced flexibility just for doing not even half-way of what I listed as basic. And of course they think that: they're fallen andrapoda and spend their free time getting drunk at the pub and sitting on a sofa or lying on the bed watching Netflix and eating 12 tubs of ice cream.

Once you gain the flexibility and full range of motion, you don't need to constantly do extra to keep them becayse they're kept just with basic physics yoga routines, and with normal physical training. It's not like with speed that it's lost within a few weeks of not doing anything speed-related.
