How can I get out of the deadlock?

hello. one year and seven months ago I dedicated myself. During all this time I have not done anything and I have not been able to go from AOP AC and meditation to the void (which I do not even do well) and sometimes I do not even do that. i tried to follow the 40 day program but after many tries i couldn't so i tried to do it without a program and just no progress and i feel ashamed with the Gods.

The Gods gave me beautiful blessings but I have not done anything for them or for myself

I had been wanting to write this for a long time but I felt embarrassed. I just want to get out of the stagnation and start making progress but I feel like it's been a long time and I can't do it.

Should I start over? am i still on time? How can I contribute something to the Gods as a show of love and gratitude and apology?
