Daily Program

I want to work out a daily program because I think I’ve meditated irregularly so far - just what I had the time / mood for.

I realized I don’t like yoga much.
Maximum half an hour !!! That's good?

I do asana for all 7 chakras + 5 Tibetan yoga practices
Respectively for a specific kundalini yoga kriya for 40 days (But in those 40 days I do nothing but a specific kriya)
In addition, very simple strengthening exercises (push-ups, squats) for 5 minutes. Plus warm up first.

I think 30-35 minutes a day is enough, right? I don’t see the point in doing yoga for 1 or more hours a day because:
I am in good condition, I am healthy, my weight is ideal (or should I gain weight).

As for daily meditations and breathing exercises, I like little meditation, i.e. I would do 5-6 kinds of meditation a day, no more. 40 minutes. Plus a couple of important breathing exercises - 10 minutes.

Is this program appropriate?

In the old days, when I was a beginner, I spent 4 hours a day doing yoga!!! But why?
And I wanted to spend 6 hours a day meditating. I couldn't stand it, I was sick.

Yoga is done for spiritual purposes not for physical health in Satanism. It's to increase your bioelectricity. In the western world yoga has somehow become synonymous with physical exercise and fitness, when it is not. An Indian Yogi would facepalm himself many times if he saw this corruption of Yoga in the West.

But yes, 30-35 mins of yoga is enough for most people, regardless of their health.

Yoga is necessary because it will heal you from the inside out and open your soul,
That said, you don't have to do more than comfortable for you, half an hour is good.
