Do I really have to start over?!

I started the 40 day meditation program for beginners 3 days ago and told myself last night after my 3rd day that I wasn’t feeling like I was ready yet to go to days 4-5 so I would extend days 1-3 a couple more days. Well, I overslept this morning to the daylight hours and I usually do the aura cleanse and aura of protection when it’s still dark outside, so around 4:40-5 am. This morning I forgot, so am I gonna have to start the whole program over all over again? It does say I will have to if I miss any days on the pdf, but it doesn’t mention missing single sessions I don’t think.

if you are short on time you can always do the meditations at other time periods, you can for example do them when walking, cycling, driving to school or work. Or you can do them while preparing to go out for the day. Just make sure to not skip or delay them for to long. (You cant do this with every meditation, AOP, Cleaning and spinning can be done this way)

In my experience its best to do them right after you wake up, or before going to bed. Since it is very easy to forget them if you don't.

Please don't do meditations while going in bike or especially driving!!
This is really dangerous, you need to drive with full focus.
And if you drive with focus you can't have the focus to do also meditations. So in the end it you do meditations while driving, you are both putting yourself in danger and not giving to the meditation the right amount of focus.

The same applies to when walking. When you are doing multiple things, you have the false perception of doing things simultaneously, in reality your focus is just split between all of them.
Maybe when you are really, really advanced you can do that.

I am quoting you but this is a message to all the audience.
