I don't stay in the present, I stay in my own illusion world, I know it doesn't exist but I find myself Daydreaming about living there with the people I love and who love me. I spend hours and hours talking with the people exist in my head and scenarios that aren't happening my life. I am like this since I was very young. At first, it was only for sometimes but now I have no control. It's maladaptive daydreaming, and there is no cure for this mental illness. What should I do?

I have great news for you! There is a cure! Just study the JoS and you will find it.

Here are some hints:

- Open your chakras
- Practice aura cleaning and aura of protection consistently at least twice a day
- Master void meditation

The process of mastering void meditation is what will free you from daydreaming. Hatha yoga will also help you by grounding you to the real world. Then, you'll daydreaming will gradually turn into a visualisation powerhouse that will benefit any areas of your life from spirituality to your career, your relationships and beyond.

You have been given the cheat codes: now it's your turn to make a serious commitment to this and embrace your new life! Best of luck!

Don't worry. You probably have a very few elemental earth. Do what Stormblood said, as that itself will help the problem, and it also allows you to directly aim the problem later, with magical workings.

This posted jumped to my attention following the topic Molest and abuses.
You are not mentally ill. Most survivors (people who physically and mentally survived sexual abuse) detach from the external world as a form of defense. it's a strategly the brain uses to survive, escaping reality that otherwise would be unbearable, by thinking to everything else.
In terms of chemical, the front part of the brain disconnects in favour of other areas (I think Amigdala gland and other) so that being preactical and grounded is sometimes impossible.
This is due to the fact your mind perceived the true world as dangerous and made of bad people - that is indeed what you lived at certain point in your life - and still perceives the world as dangerous, so it escapes to inner world.
As said by others, it can be lack of earth element or strong Neptunian traits in you, but traumas may increase that a lot.
