This is why the instructions say to open the crown first, then go down one at a time. The energy wants to flow upward, so if there is ever a blocked chakra above an open one, there will often be a buildup of pressure that will be uncomfortable.

Work slowly. Do not do too much at once. And don't ignore what I said about dehydration causing this type of pain because that is extremely common especially with how hot it is. And a deficiency of magnesium or potassium can also cause that.

When you say "slowly," do you mean opening the crown chakra? I didn't know you could open it slowly. I mean, the instructions say to work with two runes (BJÖRK vibrating 6 and MAUM vibrating 7) for the next four days.
Maybe I misunderstood. I don't know. The pressure is uncomfortable.
Anyway, I'll drink more water this week and next to see if it's due to dehydration.

Work slowly. Do not do too much at once. And don't ignore what I said about dehydration causing this type of pain because that is extremely common especially with how hot it is. And a deficiency of magnesium or potassium can also cause that.

I have been keeping up with the 40 day meditation program and am on the part right before opening chakras. I was just scrolling this evening on twitter and I suddenly felt a tingling/small bubbles popping sensation on my arms, and I just happened (not intentionally) to stop scrolling on this tweet to check If I am actually feeling the sensation:

I started feeling the tingling first in my left arm, then my entire legs, then my back; all continuous in the duration of 15 minutes. The tingling/popping still hasn't stopped in my legs and at least 20 minutes have passed now. Is this a sign from the gods?

Slowly could mean many things but mostly has to do with managing your resources well and not overdoing it as this can lead to problems.

Don't overthink it, whatever it is you got to take care of yourself daily regardless and continue to do so.

If you weren't doing anything to somehow invoke the energy and sensation and it felt sudden following by this kind of circumstances then yes, it can be a sign from the God's indeed.

Sometimes when open himself towards contacting and reaching they will be reached by the God's, if somebody is looking for something it will find its way to you and that's how the God's manifest Will.

Also be mindful of who you're sharing your experiences with especially outside ToZ because many are targeted by the outsiders so don't leak your powers or anything to an unknown person.

Ones experiences are irevelant for your existence, whoever is with whoever is their business, I am here to help as much as we can humanity same as for many other loyal and good beings.
