I did this for some jew person that was bothering me at work. He became terrified of me and would refuse to even look in my direction, and I never even had to say anything to him.

the explainations are scientific/mathematical im nature which is useful for the right-brained among us. it explains, with formulas, that taking a step forward a certain length (determined by the formula - which is a function of body mass, h2o, and physical constants like plankh) generates enough energy to walk through walls.
and the patent's description of chakras coincides with toz's, but the patent's description is more eloquent (imo).
i havent read the full patent yet. and even if i do, im sure that it skips info which toz doesnt skip. all in all, i feel like some the info in this patent is worthy of supplementing/including/assimilating into toz.
this patent's method of explaining and describing things sits better with right-brained folk like me. i feel like toz's method of explaining & describing is more left-brained, so i (and others) struggle to grasp it.

toz says we can write and/or print rtrs and perform them that way instead of performinging it digitally via webpage. though, toz says we should burn or destroy the paper we used to perform the rtr once the session is complete.

With a physical paper, destroying the paper is a good final touch, but you can do it either way.

If you have a longer paper, you can either burn the paper every day or collect them until the end and burn them then.
Either way, whether you change or discard the paper , it doesn't matter , in the end it's just a piece of paper. If you were using GEBO I'd say when you put something in but until then.
Remember people used to draw on trees and wherever they could, digital works.
If you don't want to use it that's your business but the image itself, whether digital or physical, is for the purpose of making you better able to remember and imagine in your mind, that helps the work.
You don't have to wait for the planets, waiting and choosing a good day really benefits the work but you can do it whenever you want, just avoid the void moon.

outdated, misleading, and incorrect info exists on toz. such as old webpages saying mercury rules throat chakra. and webpages that depict the hip chakras being extensions of 2nd chakra. and webpages saying beginners shouldnt vibrate sanskrit chakra mantras, then a newer webpage tells beginners to vibrate the same sanskrit mantras that the older webpage said they shouldnt vibrate).
few inconsistencies/discrepencies like that make me take things with a grain of salt from now on.

Papers and things are used to help you memorise and visualise mostly , you can do it either way.
Usually , you either burn it every day without keeping them , or keeping them , you could re-use it, yes, but some keep it and make a new one instead and burn all in the end , if u do 10 days , then either burn each paper daily or collect them and burn in the last day, there's that.
Gebo is when you offer something in return , so it could be a drop of blood on the paper.

You have to read well what the Leaders write. The first part of the message, denotes a lack of understanding, of what has been written and said.
Otherwise you are free to do what you want. But the programs that are published by the Leaders, are not debatable and should be executed. Regardless of whether or not you have an understanding of why and what they are for.

The goal is to eliminate enemy power. So it is best to do as ToZ explains. Burn or erase, then dispose of the paper. This makes acting In a “direct” way.
Re-use the paper, “suggests,” something to be protracted, or for accumulation work. In this case it does not make sense, for the same reason explained earlier, in the link I sent you, about winning RTRs.
Hi, I have a problem that's been bothering me for about four years. At first it was mild, but now it's so horrible it's driving me crazy. I feel a pressure that makes me dizzy.
And it's related to the crown chakra, because right there, right in the center of my head, at the top, a pressure builds up that bothers me a lot. And not only that, it's like a tickling sensation, like a hand is grabbing my head. I don't know what I did four years ago, I don't remember, but I did something wrong, and ever since then I've had this pressure even if I don't focus on it.
And it's slowly killing me, so to speak, because it's incredible how as soon as I feel it, it lowers my spirits to the point that simply lying down calms me down a little.
I also stopped doing other meditations to see if that would calm me down a bit. But nothing. There was a time when it calmed down for a few months, but then it came back. I searched for a few days to see if anyone else had the same experience, but nothing. I don't know what it is, but I need help with this. I think some affirmations before bed might help. I did it once for panic attacks and it worked. But I can't think of anything.

Make sure you drink enough water. What you describe is usually caused by dehydration.
Open your crown chakra. That could possibly be blocked and with energy beneath it causing pressure.

How does one deal with an abusive SS (to others and themselves)? I have dedicated myself earlier this year and learning so much about my soul and what I need to do in this life. My charts repeatedly say I am not a new soul, my intuition is a gift to help others, and to be a light and positive influence for others. I have done much work on myself before SS and have seen more results in my advancement due to others starting work before this life. I have always strived to be the best I can be, but was limited with the tools I learned, and SS opened up a whole new skill set I will keep advancing from (very exciting!!).
I believe I am here to continue healing myself and to help others in their own journeys to healing. To be a light of hope and support to those especially lacking awareness of themselves, to ask questions that plant a seed of curiosity to get them closer to their own healing. I derive great pleasure in being of service to humanity in this way, as long as it does not become abusive or a detriment to me and my growth.
Unfortunately, I am at a fork in the road with someone very close to me who is also SS. As I am learning more about the ethos SS as a newbie, I am discovering confusion and concern for my fellow SS. They show clear signs of abusive and manipulative behavior to me and others, but most unfortunately, to themselves. My confusion lies here:
Wouldn't an SS be studying themselves and practicing curiosity to find the root of why they aren't achieving their goals/desires?
Wouldn't they be aware they are being abusive/manipulative to themselves and others? If so, why aren't they aware?
Wouldn't someone with let's say 10 years of SS have a deeper understanding of the harm they cause themselves?
Why haven't they realized their problems still exist (that they reinforce and whine about) due to working on surface level workings or ones that aren't internal, that aren't getting to the root issue?
I have trouble understanding logically why there is such a disconnect from realizing why their life is still "shitty" when they are reinforcing that narrative in every cell in their being. Its very clear to me as an outsider and very sad to see someone suffer life this. I often wonder, "does this person even want to advance?" I am a new member but my chart indicates much healing has been done for me in previous lifetimes.
Why would an SS knowingly (and proudly) say they are self-destructive and not take measures to address it?
Why do they focus on surface level workings and not the root of what's holding them back? How come they cant see themselves from reality and not ego? Why repress reality so much that their life brings disappointment after disappointment? I believe we met under a very specific situation where they were a ray of life for a short amount of time. And that is why I still try to be that light and support for them, and I also have the bandwidth to do so. If I can be of service to help free someone from their own prison, I will.
I attribute all this to living in an Ego-state and protection (survival mode). It is safer to live this life with a false sense of identity (ego and pride built on a foundation from fear and protection, not self love or self compassion) rather than accept and deal with karmic debt and that they are the cause of their own suffering. I think looking in the mirror would be too devastating as they aren't equipped with the coping mechanisms or mental/emotional strength and control to handle and work through that reality of what would come up, what they have been suppressing. I find it confusing how invested they are in advancing (time, money, etc), yet fails to see the connection of why they are still experiencing behavioral problems and workings not working, due to from childhood experiences and no one teaching them accountability or tools to deal with the hard things in life. There is so much anger, resentment, and repression. Speaking of oneself as "I am self destructive, I can not change because it says that in my chart." Wouldn't much if not all the positive efforts of meditations and working be neutralized (or even sliding backwards) with such negative self talk, repression of emotions, and overall negativity about oneself and humanity? There was no one in their life to guide them to break patterns or questions patterns, only repression and avoidance was modeled. I am concerned for their soul. I don't think they are ready to advance like they claim, but I want to do everything I can do for them to increase their self-love because they deserve to be closer to freedom.
I am rooting for them to look in the mirror, allowing me to be their compassionate mirror to support them in reaching their goals and desires. Oops, I didn't realize the Meditation to protect myself from this person would return their negative to them.
"State this affirmation: “My aura is powerfully and totally deflecting [name of offender’s] negative energy in every way and sending it directly back to him/her.”
This meditation should be done with intent and the affirmation repeated when you come into contact with an offensive individual. Just visualize and feel your aura, same as is in the above and repeat the affirmation a few times, [three times is fine here, once you have it programmed into your aura] and watch that person’s negativity destroy him/her, instead of affecting the people who must tolerate being in the same vicinity.
No Satanist should ever have to put up with or take abuse. The average person absorbs the negative energy and suffers accordingly after the negativity has built up. The offending individual benefits by venting hostility or negativity on others and often thrives on it. The people who unknowingly absorb the energy can suffer anything from depression to illness and get caught in a vortex of negative energy, while providing the offensive individual with a negative outlet. The above meditation puts a stop to this, but remember, it must be reinforced frequently.
In addition to the above, visualize the negative energy the offender is sending out, grey in color, and direct it right back to his/her aura, clinging to it. Remember to clean your aura afterwards."
I do not want them to be destroyed or have more negative things happen to them. I will just do more protection ones (in addition to AoP) for me against negativity. Perhaps "My aura is powerfully and totally deflecting abusive energy from me, permanently and in a healthy way.."
