In martial arts, warriors direct energy into their hands and their punches become stronger. While playing guitar i found out one can direct energy into his hands and arms.
If you direct energy into your right hand (if youre right-handed) you can observe that you can pick a bit faster and your arms and hands get tired slower.
If you direct energy into your left hand, you can observe your fingers hurt less and i think you can play more precisely.

But the best choice in my opinion is to direct energy into both hands. One need to be really focused because despite it can help, it can also be hard to focus on both - playing guitar and directing energy. Its the best if you can just feel that energy.
