Apologies for my ignorance and not doing my research on the author. It was shared to me recently by another psychology enthusiast along with a few other pdfs and an actual psychology 101 book. They advised me that one was the best to start with, and I merely glanced at that one before choosing to study the 101 book, so I didn't see much of the content. I was obviously ill advised that it was the easiest to get through and obtain understanding or results.
I apologize for my recklessness and irresponsible sharing. I'm newly dedicated and was eager to help. Thank you all for pointing this out to me and correcting me. I will learn from this, and make sure to more deeply research authors and content before sharing to anyone else.
